Sunday was massive for races! 🪇

🇬🇧 Huge shoutout to Zrinka, Vince, and Niall who headed over to London to take on The Big Half! 👏

💕 Meanwhile Kay, Victoria, Fiona, Jack, and Hayley stepped up and represented the club at the Very Pink Run! 💖

Saturday brought us back to our home base at the Marina Market for our regular run, chats, and post-run coffee. ☕

We also had an iconic Thursday night launching our new track sessions at UCC’s Sonia O’Sullivan Track! ⚡️

And to cap off a brilliant lineup, we kicked off the midweek action with a fantastic turnout for our Women’s+ Wednesday run. 💜

Organised by Cork Sports Partnership to launch Cork Outdoors Week, the day was packed with surfing, beach games, and plenty of sea air. 🪸

Huge congratulations to our crew who took on the Youghal Bay 10K and Half Marathon today! From the historic medieval streets to the coastal views along the Front Strand and Greenway, the energy out on the course was unreal. ⚡😁

⏰ RACE DAY SCHEDULE

📍 Location: Marina Park, Cork (Next to Páirc Uí Chaoimh)

09:30 – Registration Opens

10:45 – Registration Closes & Warm-Up Begins

11:00 – Race Start

11:45 – Race Finishes, Medal Collection & Refreshments at Marina Park

12:30 – Event Ends

🔄 Format: New Out-and-Back Route on the Marina & Blackrock Greenway

🛣️ Path Rules: Please keep to the left, follow the stewards' directions, and be mindful of other greenway users!

🚗 GETTING THERE

🚶 On Foot: 30 min walk from City Hall

🚌 By Bus: Route 212 (direct) or Routes 202 & 215 (10 min walk)

🚘 By Car: Very limited parking at Marina Greenway Car Park, we strongly encourage walking, taking public transport, or carpooling!
